First Announcement

ISRLE is an international symposium on river and lake ecology and environment. It has been held every 2-3 years in Korea, Japan, and China. This is the first announcement of the 16th International Symposium on River and Lake Environments to be held in Korea.

Date: 25-27 August, 2014
Venue: Ladena Resort in Chuncheon City which is one of the most beautiful ‘city of lakes’ surrounded several large reservoirs.

3. Ecotoxicology and water managements
4. Restoration of lakes (reservoirs), rivers and wetlands

Publication of special issue
We are planning to publish selected papers in a special issue of an international journal (SCIE) with the tentative title of “Limnology in the Summer Monsoon Region”.
