全球变化和人类活动正严重影响着水域生态系统,微生物作为水域生态系统的主要分解者,驱动着水体大部分元素的地球化学循环过程。但由于研究手段和方法的长期匮乏,相比于大型生物,对水域微生物结构和功能的研究却十分匮乏。借助高通量测序、功能基因芯片、宏基因组、宏转录组技术和大数据生物信息学分析, 研究气候变化和人类活动双重压力下水域微生物多样性的维持机制,探讨微生物群落与水域大型生物间的互作关系,揭示微生物在水域生态系统的修复中的潜在作用机理
